Exceptional Transport in Non-Hermitian Josephson Junctions

Quasi-particles in quantum materials have finite lifetimes due to dissipation or interaction, enabling their description in non-Hermitian Hamiltonians.

In this talk, I will explain how such non-Hermiticity provides new topological structures. In particular, Idiscuss enhanced supercurrents in dissipative Josephson junctions.
